Know how to present your business card, how to hold it (do not put the card in your back pocket!) proper table manners, etc. It works for tourism as well. Slights and unintentional rudeness are forgiven by the Japanese if you are a foreigner (gaijin). But, knowing the polite gestures will bring smiles because of your willingness to please.I wish I could give 10 Stars!
